I love to cook and the internet is the best resource to find new recipes.
I am a gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free vegetarian, so I look for recipes that I can use or adapt. What do I eat? Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, rice, potatoes, tofu and an occasional egg from local well-cared-for chickens (owned by a friend). I love ethnic foods and I find that Asian recipes fit my food restrictions very well.
